Selection Process:

​

• All nominations must be received at the AITAA-HQ through email at aitaa@ait.asia no later than the date indicated on the announcement.

• The AITAA-HQ Program Office shall review the completeness of documents and requirements submitted by NationalChapters/Sub Chapters. No individual submission will be accepted.

• TheAITAA-HQ Recognition Committee, composed of seven (7)members shall constitute and serve as the Board of Judges, chaired by theRecognition Committee Chair.

• The Board of Judges decision is final. No appeal will be entertained.

• The Committee shall present to the AITAA in its special GoverningBoard Meeting in September for approval of all winners.

• AITA-HQ will notify the approved winners on the date indicated on the announcement.

The Presentation of the Award:

​

• The AITAA-HQ Recognition Committee shall draft the Citation for each of the winner which will be printed in the Plaque of Recognition.

• The Plaque shall contain the AITAA seal, the recipient’s name and course, and the year of the award and will be presented at the Gala Night of theAnnual Governing Board Meeting.
