The Asian Institute of Technology Alumni Association (AITAA) is delighted to announce that the 54th AITAA Governing Board Meeting (GBM) will be held from 7–9 November 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, hosted by the AITAA Vietnam Chapter.

The annual GBM is one of AITAA’s most anticipated global gatherings, bringing together Chapter Presidents, Executive Committee Members, and alumni leaders from around the world. This year’s meeting will focus on enhancing alumni collaboration, reviewing ongoing initiatives such as the AITAA Loyalty Program and Alumni Scholarship Fundraising, and setting strategic directions for the year ahead.

A highlight of the event will be the AITAA Alumni Recognition Ceremony, celebrating outstanding alumni and individuals who have made exceptional contributions to their professions, communities, and the AIT family. The awards will be presented in the following categories:

• Distinguished Alumni Awards (DAA)

• AITAA Lifetime Service Awards (ALSA) 

• Honorary Member Awards (HM) 

The 54th GBM promises to be a memorable occasion that not only celebrates excellence but also strengthens the enduring bond among AIT alumni worldwide.
